It was a bumpy ride induced by wind and rain but otherwise got to the destination safely and promptly. We had a good flight, service was good and lots of leg room. Service was good and the staff were friendly. I suspect i caught flu on this flight as i could hear someone coughing a few rows back and ended up with flu a few days later. Also tiresome to have to watch movies on my device by holding up smartphone screen, would have liked to have in seat display.

So we decided to go to Air Canada check-in desks at the airport. Due to no boarding gate assigned at that time we waited and when it was, it subsequently was moved from 64 to 95. No help could be found so I pushed my husband’s chair to that furthest gate in the airport at the highest speed possible for a 73 year old.

Cramped and uncomfortable seats, little space, the rest was OK. I would fly again the whole experience was great. The only feed back I can give that they don't do that American Airlines does is the crew there is more humorous with boarding and thank their passengers.

It was a very stressful experience. We requested 2 wheel chairs upon arrival. On board an attendant told us to remain in our seats until everyone was off the plane. We were in row 11 and thought we would be off early. After all were off, a different attendant said we should leave, and that the chairs were gone.
The pilot claimed an internal issue then an external equipment issue that needed to be adddressed. The crew were very welcoming and helpful. I just wish economy had a bit more leg room. My knees were constantly hitting the chair in front of me. The new AC lounge at SFO is one of the best I’ve been to with a spacious design and an open air deck.

Flight itself was on-time and as expected overall. My husband is 6' 2", so we were glad to get seats with no one in front of him. I was glad that the plane wasn't packed so I could spread out. If they have a tv for movie or map during 5h flight could be better and the food can purchase on flight are ok with that. Air Canada offers the most daily non-stop service to Vancouver.
